I’m standing at a property here in Lincoln, Nebraska that we just purchased. And I’m going to do a quick, informal video walk through of the house and show you guys what kind of a property we’re looking at here. We have taken out about two roll-offs full of stuff out of here already, so it’s going to be quite clean in comparison to what we normally come into.
So here’s the kitchen. Have a small kitchen here. Just a little bit of outdated stuff in the kitchen. Got the living area. And coming into bedroom with some beautiful blue wallpaper. Got the bathroom. Going upstairs. That’s some pink wallpaper. And another bedroom.
And this gentleman wanted to sell quickly. We were able to do just that. We bought the house in less than two weeks, and we’re going to get started on the remodel.
